Stock Markets can fall and remain volatile through out 2011   2011 will be the year of 4 (2+0+1+1=4) number which is ruled by snake Plant Rahu that represents “Drastic Changes”. When we look back at the last 10 years we can say it was a decade of political stability. However, the 2nd decade of 21 century begins with number four and which indicates many surprises and drastic changes.
